Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse website, click on the items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details, in providing these you will just have ordered what you desired.
Money Back and Exchanges Policy
We are entirely happy to refund or exchange items (not including sale items), less the postage and packaging when the product is returned to us in saleable condition, original packaging and within 28 days of the order placement - proof of purchase is required.
Returns made after 28 days or where products are soiled or not in original package will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment in which you paid for goods with. Always remember to enclose copy receipt of goods, which are being returned.
Sale/reduced items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Rug Returns and Damages
Due to health and hygiene problems involved with the inspection of horse clothing and associated products, it is regretted that we are unable to handle any equipment unless it is clean and dry. Health and safety Act 1972.
The Equestrian Store will not refund are exchange items that have been personalized in anyway. (E.g. numnah embroidered with name etc).
In most cases, we are happy to exchange or refund your goods within 28 days of purchase except:
- Where there is no proof of purchase
- Under-garments and earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Books, videos, DVD’s and computer software may not be exchanged unless a fault can be demonstrated.
Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee for goods, which are being exchanged.
Always obtain a certificated of postage with insurance from post office when making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for lost or damaged goods whilst in transit.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our inspection. If required the replacement good cannot be sent until we have received the returned goods. If you require help on any aspect of our returns policy please contact us

We would remind customers that all returned items must be in a re-saleable condition.Your statutory rights are not affected.
Method of Payment
The Equestrian Store accepts all major credit cards, payment via paypal, postal orders and cheques. The Equestrian Store requests that when making payment with postal order or cheque that it is made payable to The Equestrian Store. We would also appreciate a contact telephone number on the reverse and enclose a copy of the order.
When the payment is made by cheque The Equestrian Store will await clearance of the amount before the goods will be dispatched.
Back Orders
This is the option where an order will be placed which may be out of stock at that present time. The Equestrian Store will offer you the option to back order the item so that when it becomes available in stock we will contact you and the goods will be dispatched, however in this circumstance the store will give you the option of cancelling the order.
Pricing/Description
It is our aim to keep our website up to date on pricing and descriptions, if an error occurs after you have placed your order we will contact you to let you know the correct details. It is then left to the discretion of the consumer to either proceed with order with changes made or cancel the order.
Delivery
We The store aims to hold a stock of all lines illustrated on our website and aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. Delivery times may change according to location or different circumstances, however if this is an issue you will be informed accordingly.
